Grace Removals in Wellington has a new home.
Having grown out of their Petone location, the Wellington branch, which also serves as New Zealand’s head office, recently relocated to a larger facility on the aptly named Gracefield Road in Gracefield.
The move is a step forward for the branch which has now transitioned from conventional into containerised storage. New Zealand Country Manager, Keith Ellis, says the new premises provide enough space for multiple international containers, which is a major benefit for customers.
“I am delighted to be in the new site with the space and comfort for containers to be placed and remain overnight. This allows us to give customers a quicker turnaround, whether it be for import or export,” Mr Ellis said.
In addition, the larger storage capacity for home packs allows the branch to offer more services to our clients.
Mr Ellis, who personally helped out with the move, saw it as a valuable team building experience.
“Having got hands on during the day of the move, I have realised and appreciate the work that our operations staff do day in and day out. Often, we as administration or sales staff, forget about this important part of our business.”
