From pick up in a rural location to sorting through some issues here in Canada, Tony and his team at Grace have been fantastic to work with, super helpful and best of all our goods arrived safe and sound. Absolutely recommend them...we contacted a number of removalists to get quotes, Grace was a very good price but not the cheapest...it was the professionalism during this process that won the day and we felt very secure in our choice. Happy to say that trust was never dented, and if needed we would go straight to Grace again.

Anyone who has moved, or is moving, knows how stressful the experience is. I have moved several times in my life and here I was again, about to make yet another international move from New Zealand to Tasmania. Out of all of the companies to choose from (there are many!) I opted to use Grace Removals. The initial reason was based on the first point of contact I had via phone with Nikita Morrow as she was friendly, informative and communicative. I also needed my things sent to a storage unit until my arrival, which Grace Removals will provide. I was hoping the movers would arrive promptly on the day of my move as everything that day coincided with them coming; removing all of the things I would not be boxing up and shipping, final cleaning of my house, final walk through with the property manager, return the rental car, head to the airport to catch my flight booked for that afternoon... Three men arrived a few minutes earlier than the scheduled time (I believe their names were Jack, Cam and Richardson). They were completely mission focused, quick, efficient and professional. The entire job was completed in about 30 minutes (I wasn't sending any furniture and what I thought would be approximately 16 boxes they got into 11 boxes!). At this point, all of my interactions with Grace have been positive and I would recommend this company to anyone considering moving overseas or locally. Thank you to everyone involved at Grace Removals with the beginning phases of my move.

Grace has been fantastic! I had to have a split delivery and they helped me with everything. Moving is really stressful so having Jack in the office made sure it all went smoothly and communicating with me all the way through made it so much easier! Thanks to Cam and Jack who did all the hard work moving everything, these guys were so polite, funny and helpful, nothing was to much, they checked where I wanted things, they were really careful! Then they back to collect boxes that we needed to leave unpacked I made more room in my tiny house. I had 2 tiny things broken in the whole delivery a glass and a glass jug! Both of can be replaced by a Kmart trip and what’s more exciting all my experience fine china is perfect! Thank you team so much!!!

Muz and his two young guys were excellent. From navigating a difficult drive access, to loading the truck, which I doubted they'd get everything in! They had our big house lot loaded in two & a half hours! Then patiently waiting at our new house for the owners removal truck to finish packing, then speedily unloading. Prompt arrival. Polite guys. Competent, considerate guys. Lafa Senele was always on the job and on the ball. One issue has arisen: Several items were packed while covered with loose sawdust, which has resulted in ridiculous costs for cleaning in customs. When I was relocated previously, the packers were rigorous in removing oils and other "contaminants". It would have been pleasing if the packers had been educated on what to avoid.

Their performance was exceptional in every aspect. They arrived punctually, exactly as coordinated by the team. Lafaele and Buzz exhibited professionalism, and their communication throughout the process was excellent. Despite my unpreparedness upon their arrival, they were understanding and considerate, which made the experience much smoother. They worked seamlessly as a team, efficiently and effectively packing my items. They consistently consulted with me to ensure the accuracy of their work and never proceeded without my approval. Moreover, their willingness to accommodate unexpected items and their commitment to my satisfaction were truly impressive. Just wanted to give a shout out to Grace Removals. I used them 12 years ago to move to Australia and again recently when I returned to NZ. Found them to be very helpful and professional. Highly recommend them to anyone wanting to relocate their personal household items.
