Today I received my household goods from Sydney to Warkworth. From the first contact with the Sydney office to delivery in NZ, I found the process seamless. All the staff I had contact with were fantastic and Buzz and Steven, the removal boys were polite, respectful and incredibly helpful. This was my 48th move!! Well done to the Grace team.

Tom and his crew were efficient, on time, friendly. They helped us unpack and took away all the packaging. And they did it all super quick, despite all the stairs! Grace overall have been great with all aspects of our move on both sides of the ditch.

She was so wonderful in helping me arrange an on-site visit to get a quote. She was attentive and made sure all my questions were answered. The person who came to provide the quote was Tony, and he was just as great. Tony was warm, friendly, and incredibly nice. He walked me through everything, explaining exactly how the move would work and giving me a very fair and transparent quote. His professionalism and clear communication made me feel completely at ease. On moving day, Tom and Jeremy showed up and were simply amazing. They were the epitome of efficiency and care. They packed and moved all my belongings with such precision, and they were so patient and helpful in placing every box and piece of furniture in the correct rooms at my new home. Great moving company, would use again for sure.. moved from Canterbury to the West Coast and Tony was awesome, very helpful and very responsive to emails, the 2 young fellas who moved our stuff were very good to deal with and was also the cheapest (of the few companies who bothered getting back to me) also. The entire team went above and beyond... will use again for our next move for sure.... Thanks again Tony!
