I moved 20 years of life from Australia to New Zealand - so there’s a lot of actual and sentimental value in my items. Car included. Grace Removals from first contact about cost to last box unpacked 7 months later have been a professional and customer service dream that I can’t recommend highly enough. To Sanelle, Rob and Hornell - who saw me into my new abode and painstakingly unpacked my items with me - you guys are absolute legends. Polite, on time, informed, flexible enough with clear and agreed limits. And Kendra, branch manager - you have the patience of a saint with all my questions and changes. I said to a few people, I hoped the Kiwi crew could live up to the amazing Aussie crew (because they blew me away) - and you guys exceeded them! Thank you. When I move again, I won’t go with anyone else but Grace Removals.

Rapture and Tana did a great job of getting my house packed up to relocate to Sydney. It was done efficiently with care and much quicker than I expected! The team were friendly and professional - would definitely use Grace again if needed in the future.

It was a seamless process right from getting a quote to completing the move. The team were super helpful with organising quite a complicated move involving collecting furniture and a refrigerator from various locations. They co-ordinated the pick-ups and the moving team were nice and early and got all my furniture and luggage safely (through the rain) to my new home in record time. I'm very impressed with their professionalism and efficiency!

Very efficient and friendly team. From quite and preparation and help with the custom forms, to always being available to answer my many questions. They packed everything carefully and left the house in a tidy condition. I would definitely recommend Grace Removals Wellington for any move.

Tom and his crew were efficient, on time, friendly. They helped us unpack and took away all the packaging. And they did it all super quick, despite all the stairs! Grace overall have been great with all aspects of our move on both sides of the ditch.

Great moving company, would use again for sure.. moved from Canterbury to the West Coast and Tony was awesome, very helpful and very responsive to emails, the 2 young fellas who moved our stuff were very good to deal with and was also the cheapest (of the few companies who bothered getting back to me) also. I used Grace Removals Wellington for a house move & storage late last year and found them to be amazing, so decided to use them again for a small business job, moving from my home office into a new commercial premise. Once again, they have been fantastic. First up, quoting and booking is easy and the office team has excellent communication - I received an easy to understand quote and paperwork, and great reminders and information ahead of the move day. On the day of the move, the team arrived when they said they would and did an excellent job moving my gear. They were super friendly and professional. In my opinion, Grace are premium movers - there are cheaper options out there, but you get what you pay for, and I think the service they provide is worth every cent! Just one small area you could perhaps improve on - I've found the stickers you placed on our home items when they went into storage are very hard to remove and leave sticky residue behind, it would be great if you could use stickers that peel off easily and don't leave glue behind 🙂

Great service from Grace for my move from Brisbane to Christchurch. I self packed but nothing was broken so the handling must have been good. Great communication too.
