I had a wonderful team from Grace pack up our house this week. They were timely, friendly and very helpful. Thank you Steve, Blessing and Whitz for making this task easier than anticipated.

I found Grace Movers to be professional yet personable, keeping me informed and working with me to make sure everything was ready for the big day. The movers were quick and careful, ensuring all of our belongings arrived at the new house in perfect condition.

I didn't have too many things, but did have just enough to make my move to Australia awkward. Grace Removals helped thoroughly with this, making the entire process smooth. Everything was explained clearly and all bases covered. Cam and Jack came by to collect it all and were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. Everything was collected and wrapped nicely and I'm looking forward to the new place. Thanks for your help, all!

Tom and his crew were efficient, on time, friendly. They helped us unpack and took away all the packaging. And they did it all super quick, despite all the stairs! Grace overall have been great with all aspects of our move on both sides of the ditch.

Absolutely excellent moving service from Grace Removals Auckland! From start to finish, Kendra was fantastic in organising the delivery, and Rob Whitz and Jamie were outstanding on moving day. We had Steven, Hornell, Byzz, Robb, Mazoe, the Grace Removals team packing our household items to move to Melbourne on 22nd, 23rd October 2025. She was so wonderful in helping me arrange an on-site visit to get a quote. She was attentive and made sure all my questions were answered. The person who came to provide the quote was Tony, and he was just as great. Tony was warm, friendly, and incredibly nice. He walked me through everything, explaining exactly how the move would work and giving me a very fair and transparent quote. His professionalism and clear communication made me feel completely at ease. On moving day, Tom and Jeremy showed up and were simply amazing. They were the epitome of efficiency and care. They packed and moved all my belongings with such precision, and they were so patient and helpful in placing every box and piece of furniture in the correct rooms at my new home. Great moving company, would use again for sure.. moved from Canterbury to the West Coast and Tony was awesome, very helpful and very responsive to emails, the 2 young fellas who moved our stuff were very good to deal with and was also the cheapest (of the few companies who bothered getting back to me) also. We used Grace Removals Auckland for our move from New Zealand to Australia, and we are so satisfied and impressed by their service. From consultation to delivery, the whole process was smooth and easy as. It was great to have the packing consultant come to our house and assess all rooms, things and furniture that would be transported overseas. The administration and forms was easy enough too, as we had the team stay in touch through email and calls if we needed it. The NZ team then packed our items in the safest most professional manner - thank you SO MUCH to Rapture, Buzz, Steve, and Blessing. We were communicated with in due time regarding the shipping and arrival of our items. Once overseas, we received a phone call regarding delivery that was easy enough to arrange. The Sydney delivery team was excellent too. All in all, we really feel like we were valued and offered a fair price for the quality of service. We were even given a decent refund on reduction of boxes we wouldn't need in comparison to the estimated number. Moving, especially abroad, is stressful enough. We would absolutely use Grace Removals again, for both domestic and international moves. Thank you so much to everyone involved.

Great service from Grace removals. We had a large house lot to remove and but into storage while we wait for our house to be rebuilt. The movers were quick, efficient, professional & pleasant to talk to. So far everything has been great, will see how it goes when our house is rebuilt and we move our stuff back in!

Grace Removals Wellington processed my possessions after they arrived by ship from Australia. I received great communication from the branch manager about when they had arrived in the country, when they had cleared customs and arranging a suitable delivery date. This was a very smooth process and the delivery guys Cameron and Jack were great. They were friendly and efficient and managed to get some heavy furniture manoeuvred and up an awkward internal stairway. They also didn't mind me taking a few photos and videos. Thanks heaps guys!!

Great service from Grace for my move from Brisbane to Christchurch. I self packed but nothing was broken so the handling must have been good. Great communication too.
