Your Mobility Specialist ensures the success of every relocation, managing all relocation services from a single initiation. These services include administration of benefits, delivery of relocation services, exceptions, consolidated invoicing, and supplier contracts. At Grace, we take into consideration each of your employee’s individual needs, including those of their partner and family.
Added value to employees
Any of the services that arise with an international or domestic relocation are coordinated by your Mobility Specialist. This includes anything from bookings and confirmations to changes in schedules, extended stays or fixing hiccups along the way. Having the support of a single consultant means your employee won’t have to navigate services individually, saving them time. Your Grace Mobility Specialist will also implement unique and tailored settling in programs to help your employee and their family make themselves at home in their new location.

Your Grace Mobility Specialist will provide updates to your HR department and ongoing support should any problems arise (or if things need to be changed along the way). Your consultant is the go-to person for consolidated reports, invoicing, quotes and more.
