I had issues with the Australian exporters used by Grace, as though they collected my items promptly, it was then a couple of months before the items actually left Australia. However, once they had shipped, I did have some communication and tracking. Once items were in New Zealand I was informed about delays on the rail network. The next thing I heard was when I was contacted regarding delivery. Due to the delay in the items leaving Australia I was quite anxious for them, so requested an earlier delivery date than the one suggested. They were able to accommodate my request. And this morning Blessing and Steve delivered my items with friendliness and efficiency. They were considerate not just of my items but also of my neighbours. I could not fault them, they did a great job. They worked well as a team and the unloading and placement of my items in the designated area was carried out very quickly and in good spirits.

Highly Recommend! The moving crew arrived on time and handled everything professionally and carefully. They were friendly and courteous throughout. Their "can do" attitude was very comforting to a stressed out customer 🙂 Thank you Wellington Crew - you rock!

Steven and Buzz were absolutely amazing during the packing and loading of our shipment to Australia. Communication from Grace has been fantastic from the first day of enquiring regarding the shipment. We cannot speak highly enough of the level of service we received.

GRACE REMOVALS are a great company to work with, very professional. They came on time and packed all our stuff. Hornell did a great and through job, and was very courteous and friendly. Steve and Buzz came on time to drop and pick our stuff up. We will surely recommend you to others. A friend recommended your company and that was a blessing. WELL DONE TEAM!!!

We had the crown boys, Steven, Max & Adam pack/ relocate all of our things. They were so friendly & amazing at their jobs, we would highly recommend them, definitely 5 stars. Sorry but I have to add to my review, today we had delivery day 6 days post pick up, we had Steve & Blessing, deliver & reassemble our main things, Blessing was so kind, polite, kid friendly, and nothing was too much for him, amazing!!!!!!!!!!!

This morning I had the pleasure of meeting Douglas from Grace Removals Wellington as he delivered my air freight consignment that had arrived from the USA. To say this company was utterly professional would be under playing their value. Nothing was too much trouble from chasing the US company who were slack in providing the shipping information to rescheduling without question or fuss when the information finally came through. Working with Grace gave me confidence in that they are a top notch company who actually care about the service they provide. Highly recommended.

The Team in Auckland, Sarah, Lindy, Rob, Buzz and Horwell done a fantastic job! From the very beginning from our decision to move from Auckland to Brisbane, the communication was great - Sarah and Lindy always followed up with the process and paperwork. We have never used movers before and were a little cautious, as there seemed to be a lot of cowboys about. We couldn't have been more impressed with Grace. The guys were super friendly, handled our items with care and worked hard. Their storage rates are very competitive too. Highly recommend if you need movers.

Couldn't be happier, great service, really friendly helpful staff. Turned up early for pick up and helped finish the packing. Delivery was faultless. Txt the night before to update arrival time, once again, very efficient, no problem with getting everything where I wanted it. I highly recommend moving with Grace Removals.

From pick up in a rural location to sorting through some issues here in Canada, Tony and his team at Grace have been fantastic to work with, super helpful and best of all our goods arrived safe and sound. Absolutely recommend them...we contacted a number of removalists to get quotes, Grace was a very good price but not the cheapest...it was the professionalism during this process that won the day and we felt very secure in our choice. Happy to say that trust was never dented, and if needed we would go straight to Grace again.

Muz and his two young guys were excellent. From navigating a difficult drive access, to loading the truck, which I doubted they'd get everything in! They had our big house lot loaded in two & a half hours! Then patiently waiting at our new house for the owners removal truck to finish packing, then speedily unloading. Just wanted to give a shout out to Grace Removals. I used them 12 years ago to move to Australia and again recently when I returned to NZ. Found them to be very helpful and professional. Highly recommend them to anyone wanting to relocate their personal household items.
