FIDI (Fédération Internationale des Déménageurs Internationaux) is the voice of the international removals industry and the global alliance of professional international moving companies.
The FAIM accreditation is current best practice from FIDI’s worldwide recognised industry standard for international removals. It consists of a single yet stringent compliance procedure, of which Grace passed with flying colours.
Further to the standard FAIM accreditation, Grace New Zealand was presented the FAIMPLUS certificate. FAIMPLUS is awarded to the few companies worldwide that meet the criteria of FAIM in addition to possessing a valid ISO 9001:2008 certificate.
