Grace Mobility’s continued success is accredited to our well informed and dedicated team, which is why we are committed to ongoing staff training and development programs.

Through initiatives such as the Grace Skills Path training and promotion scheme, our team actively participate in professional training, development, testing and grading on an ongoing basis. Such programs ensure our mobility and removals teams are always kept well-informed of the changes within the industry, further cultivate their skills and remain vigilant in their daily practices.

Additional Staff training and development includes:

  • Continuous participation in Employee Mobility Institute seminars and training programs
  • Financial Services Reform Act insurance training for all sales and management staff
  • Staff holding formal FIDI qualifications in international moving
  • Packing skills training delivered by accredited Australian Furniture Removers Association (AFRA) instructors, tailored to meet the needs and standards of Grace Removals Group.
