They were fantastic. We have moved too many times to count and used companies all over the world. When I say they were the fastest I’ve seen, it means something. This was an international move shipping container with many items and they had it done in four hours. Look no further, these are your guys.

I moved a-lot throughout my life and have used many shipping companies, Grace by far have been the best company I have dealt with from start to finish. From the agent who answered my queries (Keeley), to the 2 awesome guys who took the boxes from my home, to the agent in the receiving country (Morne) and finally the 2 wonderful guys who delivered the boxes today. The process has been very easy and has honestly exceeded my expectations. Big thank you to Rob and Blessing for their outstanding professionalism and to all who were involved.

I recently had to make a short notice move, and the team at Grace Removals were super helpful and accomodating. Cristina and Jack are excellent with their communications, and Doug and Richard arrived on the day and were efficient, friendly, and even a bit fun to spend the day with, not to mention the care taken with my belongings. I’ll definitely reach out to them first for future moves, they made a stressful time go much more easily than I expected.

Couldn't be happier, great service, really friendly helpful staff. Turned up early for pick up and helped finish the packing. Delivery was faultless. Txt the night before to update arrival time, once again, very efficient, no problem with getting everything where I wanted it. I highly recommend moving with Grace Removals.

Grace Removalist, Steven and Sanelle arrived on time with our furniture. Communication with them was great! Right from the get go they kept us informed through out the whole process. The unloading of our product was made easy. They accommodated to us and our not so easy unpack requirements. Very happy with their service. Thank you guys!!!

EPIC EXPERIENCE!!! great customer service and communication. Everything is made easy and clear. The crew who came to do the pickup/packing in Auckland were very friendly, thorough and helpful. The same for the crew that dropped the stuff off in Melbourne. They give you the choice to unpack, leave as is, move heavy things to wherever you'd like them to be put in the house. They make moving such a pleasant and worry-free experience.

We recently relocated from SG to NZ & Grace have been engaged to move our items to our apartment. Morne & Jack have been helpful. The move was efficient & smooth 👍🏼

From pick up in a rural location to sorting through some issues here in Canada, Tony and his team at Grace have been fantastic to work with, super helpful and best of all our goods arrived safe and sound. Absolutely recommend them...we contacted a number of removalists to get quotes, Grace was a very good price but not the cheapest...it was the professionalism during this process that won the day and we felt very secure in our choice. Happy to say that trust was never dented, and if needed we would go straight to Grace again.

Muz and his two young guys were excellent. From navigating a difficult drive access, to loading the truck, which I doubted they'd get everything in! They had our big house lot loaded in two & a half hours! Then patiently waiting at our new house for the owners removal truck to finish packing, then speedily unloading. Their performance was exceptional in every aspect. They arrived punctually, exactly as coordinated by the team. Lafaele and Buzz exhibited professionalism, and their communication throughout the process was excellent. Despite my unpreparedness upon their arrival, they were understanding and considerate, which made the experience much smoother. Just wanted to give a shout out to Grace Removals. I used them 12 years ago to move to Australia and again recently when I returned to NZ. Found them to be very helpful and professional. Highly recommend them to anyone wanting to relocate their personal household items.
