Each Grace employee, from our in-home consultants to our operational and customer service staff, are required to complete a comprehensive induction and training program to promote high levels of customer service and empathy. A key feature of the Grace Corporate Development Program is our approach to account management. We appoint a dedicated Account Manager to ensure that your individual requirements are managed efficiently from end to end through a single point of contact. Your Grace Account Manager becomes your internal advocate and an extension of your own human resources arm, ensuring the success of every relocation undertaken, by liaising with Grace Operations, Customer Service and Accounts staff on your employees behalf. |
